Our vision
Originating in Minneapolis, MN in the spring of 2026, StyleLoop was created with a community-centered approach in mind. While operating as a fully online business, StyleLoop's principals are simple yet intentional: be kind to humans and the environment. It is our goal to offer sustainable style that is both affordable and convenient while never compromising quality. We want to the first of our kind to demonstrate that sustainable development and being good stewards of our neighbors (both humans and non-humans) is possible.
Message from the owner and founder
“I’ve always cared deeply about the environment and have known that fast fashion is by no means sustainable. However, I’ve felt like my clothing options both in-store and online were already limited. A small in one brand may be a larger medium in another, and a size 6 jeans in one brand may be a true 8 in another. Do I take the gamble of ordering online for the sake of convenience, or do I try to find something in-store that will certainly be a huge time suck and also an extra gas expense? But what if I can’t return the item I ordered online? Or perhaps worse, what if I can but I miss the return window because it was simply one more thing on my growing to-do list that escaped me that week?
I knew there had to be a solution. At work, out-and-about, and when with visiting friends, I found myself admiring their dare I say very cute and aesthetic outfits. Which always led me to beg the question: WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT?! It seemed like all too often, they thrifted the item, or they’ve had it for years and can’t remember, or it was passed down by a cousin or (you didn’t hear this from me) even their grandma!
Many of the clothes I seek to wear, then are already out there. I don’t necessarily need to buy them new. And, I don’t necessarily want to pay full price for the item anyway, but how do I get my hands on these pieces? After many conversations with friends and family, I realized that many shared that same sentiment.
I wanted something better—for the sake of the planet, for my wallet, and my time.
So, allow me to introduce StyleLoop. It isn’t quite online shopping in the way we know it, but it isn’t quite thrifting either. There are so many textiles out there, we just have to go find them… or rather, they just need to come find us.
That frustration became inspiration. StyleLoop was born from the belief that you shouldn’t have to choose between sustainability, self-expression, quality, and convenience. I rest my case.”
