Because each item is purchased and shipped from a unique StyleLoop member, our business model does not support returns. We want to ensure customers’ information remains as confidential as possible, and we also want to limit shipping fees. For these reasons, we hope you can sympathize with our return policy. That being said, because customers are only limited to the amount of items they can exchange based on how many items they upload, we highly encourage you to submit multiple items for our team to review. This will ensure that you as a customer have more autonomy over how many items you can exchange at a given time. We offer flexible pricing options. Choose from either the StyleLoop standard subscription or StyleLoop Gold. Both options offer inventory access to StyleLoop clothing, shoes, and accessories. However, experience an elevated shopping experience with a StyleLoop Gold subscription featuring select name brands and designer items. Every item in the Gold plan undergoes a strict quality control process by being first shipped to our warehouse, and then shipped to the consumer. Extra care is taken to package and ship these items, and members of this plan are always prioritized in our que with any customer service related requests.

This is a great question! Let us explain… all items are technically “free”. The monetary value associated with each item is used to cover shipping costs. Some items may cost more to ship than others due to the size, shape, or material of the product. For this reason, there are different monetary values associated with each product. This is why the price next to each product fluctuates, and is far less in value than what one would normally expect the re-sale value of the item would cost.
